- Capacity: Up to 30 guests for seated dining or 50 guests for a cocktail-style dinner.
- Private booking: Full private use of the room with a minimum spend of $3,000 USD, before taxes and service.
2. Full Venue Buyout — The Grand Boarding

Privatize our entire restaurant, terraces and waterfront pier for a spectacular evening beneath the stars, surrounded by the energy, music and entertainment of District 721.
- Capacity: 50 to 300 guests.
